Maplestory Private Server Discussion section

I would like to request this, because I'm very active in maplestory development.
I think I can help a lot of people there because I practiced a lot in other forums.


I would also like to request sub sections for it, if you are going to make the section, to be more organized. Such as :

• releases
• tutorials
• development
• help
• advertisements

With these sub sections, it will be a lot more organized, and less spammed.

I know that most of the maplestory private servers goes into the general private server discussions but, Maplestory is pretty much a hot topic in private server developing.

Not sure if this is a good idea, but this would be pretty effective overall, lessen out spam, get some more members.

So the thing is, you're absolutely right, Private Servers are a hot topic.... but unless I am mistaken, Nexon threatened a law suit against a lottt of forums that mentioned private forums... so the subforum (which did exist before) had to get taken down... :/

I think it would be a good idea to implement the MS PS section again. When the maplestory section got removed the first time so did the private server section, and now that the hacks section is back, I see no reason why the PS can't come back. I think that those would be a little too much subsections but besides that I agree with this. Currently MS Private Servers are being discussed in the General Private Server section and it deserves it's own section.

Well in the previous forum, The maplestory private server development section also got taken down.
But, the admin owned lloyd, who tried to sue us, and most likely they stopped.

Lots of forums, got the maplestory private server development section back up, cause they know that lloyd can't really do anything.

It is true, having a private server section would generate a lot more traffic. More traffic equates to more ad revenues to keep this forum going. And, there is something to be said about the first amendment. It could possibly be a good idea... but the forum is linked to an individual. That particular individual, would likely not want to put themselves in legal jeopardy...

As stated before, GzP as a forum is not breaking any laws. It does not host the files, people just post links to them. The people who host the server are breaking rules.

We had a section before but was removed temporarily.

When the new MS Section got formed, the admins forgot to add the Private Server section back for MapleStory.

It should be made soon.

Ooh thankyou Steve, when did Maplestory come back up on this forum?

On the previous forum I used to go on, Maplestory came back up like 7 months ago, so pretty old now.

Can't wait to see the maplestory private server development section. That's where I'll be the most, can't wait for it~
