Lag sux

hi um i been playing mmorpg for a while now and well i have 2 other peeps who use this comp so theres lots oflag when ever i play my games. well i was wondering if there is some secret to getting rid of lag if so plz tell me. if it helps i am runing wi xp and i play rakion .

plz help me kill teh lag

what are your computer's specs and what connection speed is it?

Eliminate unnecessary programs running in the background. Please post a HiJackThis log so we can assist you with that.

well if you have dial up you will most likely always lag and get dced if u have another connection close all the programs you can and run your game just like everyone else is saying

some people may suggest you to use fastpath but i suggest you to do NOT.
reason: fastpath disables packet checking.
means broken packets come through and other programs might get in trouble.
