even WITH SMAC changing ur MAC address dosnt work for me, i spoofed the address and used hotspot shield to give me a new IP, still no work.

Do you think this would work for a country ban for, say, Grand Chase Sea? It banned all the european and america ips. And I hope I can figure out how to turn off our new modem. Dx We switched from Comcast to ATT Uverse. Does that have external IPs?
