pvp and pets problems

hey ive just made a server with my friends (v62)

and when i start the server up the pets they just keep lvling with im doing anything+ mesomagnets and item pounches dont work

and im trying to make a pvp map, but i dont have a clue how to...

can some1 send me links to fix it or send a guide to me how to do it thank you in advance
