Thread options arnt working

Well, i tried to color and bold some threads, but it keeps telling me

I tried it with a thread in spam, and a thread in pictures...

You can try again now. Please note I only enable on some forums such as all trading forums, the spam, picture, chit-chat, suggestions, and this forum. It won't work on all other forums.
