Username and Usertitle permissions are fairly straight forward.
Username permission can be located here, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
Usertitle permissions can be located here, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
You should be able to work out what each permission does from their name and description. I'll work on creating in depth descriptions of each soon.
