A moderator makes sure people are following the rules of the forums.
An admin is the highest position. Skyline_GTR is an admin as he is the owner of GZP. r2k is also an admin but i dont know much about him.

Administrators "administrate" the forums. They can change around forum options and settings, as well as moderate.

Moderators clean up the forums and keep people in order and abiding to the rules.
