Question Gift Points To Another User?

Can I gift my points that can be used to change my username and such to another user?
if so please explain how.

Look under the person's username for a link that says "Donate." The rest should be self explanatory.

I tried to donate all of my points (5.000) to another user and I didn't lose any nor did the other person gain any..

It's because GzP has a donation fee. I think it's 3% of the points being gifted.

When donating in thousands, don't type it with coma ( , ). For example if your donating 5k points, you should write it like 5000. And donating also deducts a tax of 1.5% I think in your points. So you need to make an allowance for it.
