why I can't purchase can upload avatar..i have already 8k in my other account to purchase but when i click purchase the new window will appear says" cannot purchase item not enough points..

As for your problem, you need to donate the points to the other account to buy it, as you can't gift vBPlaza items, besides ribbons and gift (like those little cakes people have under all their information on the left to the post.)
