It will be smaller if you upload it, it is better if you link to the file uploaded elsewhere. You can refund the points you used by going back to the item or clicking it on your history list.

Yes, I am pretty sure that you can. Just go to the item you bought, click on it and click refund. Or go to vbPlaza > Inventory, then click on it.
