How to remove the snow ?

What snow? The snow ground texture? Or the falling snow? The falling snow is an effect that you have to put into the map yourself, meaning you should know where you put it.

as for the ground texture, when creating the map you can select between the terrain types... select something other than lorderion winter.

Click on scenario, then click map description. Check all the tabs. One of them should contain the global weather settings. If not, then check all the region settings. Also, it might be a trigger like potent said, but if the map does not contain any weather-related triggers, then its definitely either a global weather setting or a regional weather setting.
