Lobby slot room lag?

Ever since i got my new computer and started playing wc3 on it.. the lobby room always took awhile to load... When im in the lobby room everyone sees me with a '?' next to my name. And i see them as "Unknown" until the player names have loaded on the slots.

This problem never happened on my old computer (using the same internet connection as my old computer too)

Has anyone had this problem before? What did you do to fix it?

Is there like some sort of feature on this mb that causes this that i can disable?
