can host after reboot comp 2 a vista version

ok i can host after i rebooted my comp 2 a vista version. i was hosting with utorrent and then i did the same thing the my comp again when i reboot it but it didnt work.... plz help me if u can

Vista = don't work
XP = work

Vista = Buggy to like a swarm
XP = Decent and work well
