6112 port open when i host its closed when i dont?

ok this is wierd when i host port 6112 open n when i dont it closes any1 have any ideas whats cuases or make this happen if i know i would help every1 with hostiong problems ;)

When some1 try to enter port 6112 Firewall allow that person through(assuming you allow people to use port 6112)
When no1 care about port 6122 Firewall dont care and relax
