Warcraft 3 hosting problem

Hi guys, i have this big very known hosting problem
where no one can enter my custom game that i try to host.

I have shut down my firewall, i am currently not using any anti virus and i have already done the port forward thing. I am using a speedtouch 716g
router.

If it is to any help, i have utorrent and some guy on some forum suggested
that i change some settings in utorrent and then i would be able to host
as long as utorrent is on. It worked 4 times but unfortunately it stopped working

Any ideas guys?? Any kind of help would be highly appreciated.
