i dll it but i dont know how to use, wat do i need to open it with? im not good with comps so be gentle!

Nothing, if you get an error when you try to open it, something like failed to initlialize, you need

Just open the program, host a game and when you want to kick someone, go to the program, rightclick in the white space and click Refresh. Then a list of players should come up. Right-click on the player you want to kick, and click Drop!
