Hosting gets me to lag

Well when i just join a regular game made other people other then myself i wouldnt lag as much as i do when i host a game............has anyone else have this problem??
and ive been playing war3 for a year and 1 month and it just started doing this like 2 months after the new warcraft version came out

Maybe get a better computer..? Or it's because your internet isn't up to it 0.o?

i think its the computer to cause its a pretty old computer from the 90's but i really dont think its the computer
