Adding -"commands" into maps through map editor?

I would like to add some codes into maps, i want to be able to enter:

-gold #
-wood #
-food #

How can I add these commands into a map?

Can anyone give me a cheat pack and tell me how to put it into a map?

hey ozzapoo I tried using yours and it locked my screen in one place and I couldnt move around ingame.
