Ping Tool?

Now i know the banlists have that incorporated but i dont want Banlist i hate the program ...

Is there a seperate ping tool that acts the same way
triggered by a global hotkey or a chat line and delivering pasteable pings ingame?

I know SF's custom kick does ping but its too incovinient.
