| Lurker | I used zoid[1].unprotect.1.17.war3ed to unprotect a map that i wanted to update. When i opened the map, the terrain was all there, but Regieons, Triggers, and units were all removed.A nice walk through or explanation would help, is it possible to deprotect this map?The map i'm talking about is DbZ Tribute v9.3, it needs an update badly Nobody knows what's wrong? I heard this was a website with alot of pro hackers, i'm sure somebody knows what they are talking about.... Last edited by Poent; 09-10-2006 at 02:39 AM.. |

| Registered User | Re: On Deprotecting maps.. Dont double post. I ignored your question before because it had already been answered multiple times. There is a stickied thread at the top of the wc3 section about deprotecting maps. Just to make it easy on you I will give you a basic answer to your problem. Before editing the map/deprotecting it, use an MPQ editor to restore the missing files and export them. Once you have used ZOiDs deprotector, import the missing files back into the map.
