Unable to validate game version

Yeah whenever i go into the west american server (lorderon) it says that it is unable to validate game version, but when i go to the east side (or any other server) it works..whats going on?

I think that they patched the Crack because my friend who is playing without patch and is playing with the CD is working for him !

i guess we should be patient when a new no-cd crack is released.. somehow Blizzard has done something to prevent our crack from entering Bnet
