Yes its a virus the original setup is not but the virus is hidden in the program itself. You can only scan the setup with that b.s. virus scanner website. And btw why would you want a setup unless..oh wait thats right it is a virus... listen nooby cakes make a program on C++ or visual basic and then we might give a damn..But until then you should have a suspension or a ban!
