Ok, me and my friend did a little research and stuff and tried loads of different things like sending tickets.. but we failed over and over.
Then it hit us!
Hidden Stuff: Ok, sending a ticket dosnt work.. because its automated and they need proof.. so we though about sending them an email, see what happens..
IT WORKED
1) Open your hotmail, yahoo, aim or what ever you use to send your emails..
2) Put to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
3) Write saying you payed for 30/60/90 day Gold/Silver/Bronze Premium, and you didn't receive anything.
4) Make sure you said you payed at PlaySpan.
5) In the message make it as accurate and formal as you can including your email, name, ID, Password, Security Answer.
6) Wait for reply.
7) 15 Minutes, you got what you asked for.
