Promo Code/Premium Code Entering Problem!!!!!!!

I had pre-order n bought warrock so i got the gold premium for 30 days, when i got the promo-code i had entered it n got all the guns n medic kit 2 etc.. but after i got the game i enter the premium code I had losr all my guns n medic kit 2 etc.. because I forgot to capitalize all the letters for the code n now I lost all my guns but got all this Dinar and a 5th slot but no smoke nades n mini gun!!!!!! and also a medic kit 2 u can't buy!!!!!!!!!!!! Any sugguestion on fixing it!!!!!, Oh also warrock admine don't seem to care or think this is not a possible problem!!!!! Hope this might help u not to get the same problem i have!!!!!!

god that sux -.-.... maybe you got to tell the story to the warrok staff? maybe they can help u ^^
