ESP & Player Boxes?

I hear and see these 2 hacks all over the place but I honestly have no idea what ESP or player boxes does? Can somebody give me a proper definition of what ESP stands for and what it does and same with player boxes?

esp will show players names from behind walls in red player boxes is a big rectangle box that if some one is like for example behind a car in prone youll see a big rectangle box standing up and youll know he's there but i rather use wall hack +D but theres your reply hope it helped some
