banned? need help =x

can ne1 help me out, i was playin 15 mins ago, hack free, on my good lvl 22 retail+gold prem+ 10 usd on dinar acc. i got banned 1440 mins, but i think it was a glitch, cause on wr site it says account status active, not locked. wth happened???????

1440 is a perm ban. I am not sure maybe they traced your IP from a previous account which you hacked on?

hey it happened to me today. the server was down and it kicked half of the people.
if your acont is still active, wait 24 hours before u play again

WTH..... my acount just got banned for no fckin reason and it was lvl 17 >.< wow i had no hacks running and i just finished a agame and bam 1440 ban........

Well I AM hacking and I havent gotten banned. I am also not sure what HW stands for but I assume Hardware? If so then I am not sure what to do.
