i need help with an account

im from tunisi!!after i downloaded the game i went to register an account but they told me that i can't register from my region!!!

so plz i need some one to create an acount for me!!
i have a runescape lvl 67 with 73 mining and alot of other great skills
if you help me get an account on warrock i will give it to you cause im not playin rs anymore...
