need help please

i have problems with warrock.
so...
when i create new account and go warrock it says "unregistered user", but when i log in with old account i get in.
i can log in with new account at G1 homepage, but i cant log in at warrock.net with new account, but with old ones i get in. new account status are active.
im banned or something?

PLEASE HELP ME!

just try making a new account. Make sure you activated your new account too.

i just made new account... again...

btw is this normal?
when i log in at G1 there is 0 accounts....
i got that same problem with both accounts what i made yesterday and today.

You have to make the account through G1 to have it come up there. Otherwise, you have to click on add new account or something and enter the password and username.
