Region not supported, maybe a way to bypass this?

Alright, so i live on Guam and my region is not listed there. Guam is U.S. territory just like Peurto Rico is. So.. there are proxy servers for mozilla firefox, internet explorer, and other web surfers..but I'm asking the community if theres anything for the computer. For me to change my i.p. to an U.S. location , i have to know the i.p. address, subnet mask (not really), default gateway, and a preferred and alternate DNS server. Is there anyway to get all those information so i can change my i.p. location to the u.s. and make WarRock playable for me? I'm just asking if somebody can give me some info, a site (probably), or all the information i need above. If you can't provide any HELPFUL information, then shut up. Thanks :)

p.s. I have tried searching for this myself but all i could find is the i.p. and the port. I still need alot more information. Help will be appreciated :)

search IP change in Google. Only change ur IP if ur comfortable with it and if you have to. Thx.
