Unable to use Hax

Recently I purchased a new computer, which is running Windows Xp. Now being capable of running warrock, I decided to come get some H A X but to my suprise they hadn't worked. At first I got a popup telling me to contact my administrator or configure my version of microsoft frameblahblah blah. Now the popup doesn't happen, and even hack I've tried for every game doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions which could help me with this problem?

Im using Microsoft Framework 3.0

Try getting your computer to give you that popup again and post the error information in the thread, people would be able to help you more likely then.
