Problem I Need Help Bypassing IP BAN

I downloaded warrock but i dont live in a continent with a server. so when i log in, i dont see any servers, i already did some research and tried using secureix.com, but i get an error page whenever i try to sign up.
i tried using SMAC 2.0 but it doesnt make a difference and neither HotSpot Shield. if you know an easier or more effective way of gettin to play the game, it would be appreciated if you helped me out.
