Warrock Log In problem!!! plz help!!

hi there, im haveing problems logging on to warrock. I have made an acount on the official warrock website and have downloaded the game and the phase 2 patch. it all opens fine and when it asks you to put your username and password i do and i click enter/log in. After clicking this butten nothing happens, and n matter how many times i click it still nothing happens. some people have said this is because the account is band but as i have never played warrock before i dought it is band. If i have forgoten to do anything could you please post and tell me.

you are new to warrock right? well there is still one thing you need to do in order to get in : ACTIVATION

Yep you heard that right. After you logged in, go to the website again and login your username and password. Then after logging in, click "Download Now". There would be a survey page after it. Fill all the blank fields (be honest when answering) and click the button below. After that there would be a download page for the installer, close it and now log in the game.
