game get stuck in start

well i reinstalled my windows
and directX so i dont think its screen problem..

when i get to softnyx in the black background the game gets stuck
and if i wait some time i see the server list but not as it is
i see only the text part on the black background
like the softnyx thing
and on the right i see the servers only text
its like everything going slow also the servers says 0/0 and almost cant move my mouse it moves a little and gets stuck also


the game is just going very very very VERY slow so i dont think the connection is working (so i see 0/0)

anyway is there anyway to solve this?
i did open ports and firewall off

edit: now after some time it quits the game.. with no error

if your opening the game with Sex engine try it once or twice without it and if you werent de-fragment your computer to get more space
If you dont know how to de-fragment your comp ask ur dad or some1

If he just reinstalled windows it might mean he formated and started from scratch if thats the case make sure none of your pcs components are damaged If you just installed windows over your current version make sure you run all the updates. If the problem persists say screw it and buy a new pc

if its quitting with no error that means the UCE is being detected and your wolfteam is closing if the hacks work dont mess with them alot or it will keep d/cing you
