SexEngine|UCE Questions

Okay, I have a question.

I downloaded WolfTeam and SexEngine on Computer A.
Computer A runs both just fine.

I did the same, on Computer B.
Computer B runs WolfTeam, but not SexEngine.

When I try to run SexEngine it says,
"Windows cannot find specified path or source file, or you do not have proper permission to access this file."

I'm opening it on the Admin account, and I still get that.
Can anyone help me?
