Systemcallretriever

okay so i've been looking around on some forums and it looks like none of the Sexengine(popular CE) files have a systemcallretriever inside of them, this file is IMPORTANT for users with vista who get this error:
"It is recommended to run the systemcallretriever since the dataofthekerne1.dat you have is outdated and will not be used. Of course ,if this is the systemcallretriever, ignore this message"

so here it is. cya.
