Lag problems

Hey guys...i reded about fixing connections etc....but for me still doesnt help dunno why.

my pc is AMD athlon 2400+
1g ram
2Mb connection
i have router and i forvard ports and disabled firewall but still i lag up to 2k MS...and im from europa...and when i play with my frieds from my country i dont lag but when others join i get up to 2k MS anyone have any fix for that?

okay for 1 2MB connection will make u lagg i have a 54MB connection and 100MB connection on other comp and second ur not suppose to play on other dam countrys its wat i rlly h8 of corse u ganna lag and finally check out the sticky on how to fix connection prob in this sectoin
personally im surprise u have less then 10k ms

also some fast ways to fix lagg iz by pressis esc while in game or just go to settings in lobby den turn off blood mark shadowin and the other thing should be changeable den set quality to low and so on

first u got me wrong....i always play in EUROPA servers...and if u didnt knoticed SLOVENIA is in EUROPA....i hopeyou understand now....and here in my country 10Mbs connection is quite expensive....

1)Turn off your firewall
2)download crap cleaner
3) clean ur reg
4)get reg smart and reg mechanic. Then defrag ur computer and scan for viruses.
5) Exit programs that are running while playing (IM, internet browsing,

I did this to my computer and it made everyone shut up about me lagging =D
