Nid help with port forwarding

I followed the instructions in the sticky thread to forward ports

but at the step where i have to login to my ip or something which is 192.168.1.1.

i cant login although they say the default password and user is both admin

i even tried password for password it didnt work

can any1 help me figure out the user and pass of this? or other ways
