I found SUPER free TBC wow server on patch 3.3.5a

Talents (wotlk), Max level 70, Northend disabled, DK enabled. Blizzlike with xp rating (for some time) + some modifications

like dk in TBC realm.
Xp kill (20x) Xp quest (25x),Reputation and proffesion rating are 5x. (real fun starting on lvl 60+)

New, neverending server with 2 realms:

Irreversible TBC (TBC)
Irreversible (wotlk)

DONT FORGET SWITCH realm!

Why patch 3.3.5a TBC

1. mounts and some items from NT (like mounts, devices - eng. and things like fishing chair...)
2. able to start to play with Death Knight + creating tbc version of DK pvp set (lvl 70)
3. patch 2.4.3 havent shaver/hairdresser, 3.3.5a YES
4. patch 2.4.3 havent harbour in sw, 3.3.5a YES
5. functional talents on "wotlk" style (like warrior titans grip - crush ilidian with new 2x two handed weapons or with new talent

spells)
6. patch 2.3.4 havent glyphs, 3.3.5a YES
7. patch 2.3.4 havent achievements, 3.3.5a YES
8. without Wotlk corruption
9. Its not like original... its something new

10. Blizzlike, for players who love The Burning Crusade. Its like original TBC on lastest patch.
