has i know , you need to be lvl 40 or 60 .... but you should look on the main world of warcraft site

If you play on Blizzard i don't know the rules there, but on private on teory if you can get there and have any money you can make from lvl 1(I must try not sure).But may be you need lvl over 20 to make one.
You find Guilds masters in main towns: Stormwind, IronForge, Darnassus, Undercity, ThunderBluf or Ogrimmar.You need 10 signature on a chart, a nme for the guild and is ready.Now you can invite members in your guild, you are the boss here - oficial anyone who does not respond to your request is out, you can uninvite.You may also give diffrent lvl in your guild, i don't konw them now :(.

you simply create the guild, ( name pay ect.)
then you get a forum, after that you find people
that are not in a guild that you want to be to sign it.
after you get all your signs then your guild will be made.:Banane54:

Need to learn some more English! To create a guild, go into any maincity and ask a guard where the guild master is. The price for the charter is 10s. Name it and look for people who want to join. You can be any Level to make one. For a tabard, you need 10g for the design and 1g to buy the tabard.
