lv 50 pally asking about crusade strike

how does crusade strike really work all I see is an instant attack that does little more than my weapon damage it says it refreshes my judgment spells what do they mean about that ??

my pally has like 800 attack power self buff with no spell damage :(

What's your build? Anyway, i guess they mean that the cooldowns are gone or something like that.

lol dont be noobs :-) Im a 68 pally was 60 a year before TBC came out. Anyways, You know that you can judge enemies, with judgement of crusader or Light or Wisdom and all that after youa ctivate a seal. Well then it has a time til it wil expire. When you use crusader strike it will refresh that time back to max. Also, More STR + Spell damage you have = higher crusader Strikes. K? Need anymore help just PM
