To do the actual flying exploit.
Now to attack while flying:
What you need:
A flying mount
A mage
Get on your flying mount and duel the mage. You have to be on land so that the mage can frost nova you, polymorph, frostbolt and cone of cold, in that order. You only go as fast as you were if you were swimming. You can attack melee mobs and they won't target you but they won't evade your attacks. So if there's a boss who does only melee, you can easily kill him.
