Wizard of oz is probably the hardest of the Oprea events however, there is a way to make it easier.

Using a Hunter, jump on the railing of the banister. Don't fall off or it won't work! Now, pull the mobs you wanted bugged. The rest of your party should nukes the others down.

Things to note: Ensure the rest of the party are not standing where the mobs are bugging or they will hit you instead. The hunter has to walk up and down the railing to keep them bugged.
