small question for Private-server

ok so anyways i didnt download the game from torrents...i already have the full game on disc...
then my update is already at 2. sumthing... and it needs to be around 1.12 for gryphon.hav0c.com.
so fook mentioned it was much easier to uninstall then then downgrade... but instead i went :C/ program files/ world of warcraft and just put all the updates and patches in my recycle bin...was that stupid? or can i just down load the updates from the sites that ewre givin to me? Reinstall. From what you did, you might of messed it up. Trust me, it takes awhile, but is defiantly a saver of work and stress.

Re: small question for Private-server

You could try installing two version of World of Warcraft, one for normal play and one for private server play. (If you have enough HD space that is.) That's what I did.
