4)enter cash offers in the members section of the site, most of them are simple surveys ( just fillin in a form) which take 5 minutes to complete and you get 1$ for most of them. once you complete a survey it will take less then a day for it to come to your box[the survey will aprove the site that you have completed it]
5)in the 15th day of the month, all of the money in your box will be transferd into your paypal acount.
6)buy cash items, pay monthly bills and own the place!

Umm no son. The site is legit. But to make any decent money you need to spend money and a lot of the offers require credit cards to verify. It says no fee since they don't charge a fee for paypal: Paypal themselves charge a fee.

And as for the 13 year old kid, get a paper round.

..You're joking right? You have to be 18 years or older if I remember correctly to use paypal anyways, and even if it isn't 18, you still need parental concent. Maybe you should go back to disney.com and not worry about money or computer upgrades right now. Give it a few years and you'll realize you hate the working world.
