| Registered User | ladies and gentlemen, i give you, WoW customer support. read it from the bottom to the top. or if you donīt feel like reading all of it, here is the sumary. its written in white, as to not spoil it for the people that want to read all of it for themselves. just highlight the white area between the white dots to see the summary text: .i sent in an inquiry about my password which i have forgotten, and because i couldnt get it through the recovery process, i tried contacting them about it. i received the SAME answer twice, which was totally off-topic. on the third time i received a slightly different answer, but off-topic nonetheless. and needless to say, they were all useless. they werent even capable of giving me a `we canīt help you.`. (subscription name is ...... ........) product: World of Warcraft accountName: ........... category: Account Retrieval charName: ..... realm: Malorne description: well, this is the problem. i moved from the US to brazil about 5 months ago, and concequently stopped playing WoW due to the much slower internet connections i found here being unable to uphold a decent speed. so a few months back i contacted blizzard to close my subcription, which went well. problem is, im moving back to the US, however iīve forgotten my password. i remeber my account name, and a few of my char names etc. i tried on the recover password, but i dont remember in what format i put my phone number, or which one i put. i remeber the email and the city of birth, but not the phone, so i cant get my pass form there. i wanted to know if there is anything you guys can do for me. i will help with any info that may help you guys identify me as the owner. thanks. |

| Registered User | Re: ladies and gentlemen, i give you, WoW customer support. You say they don't read? Read their emails, they say they can't acces your account password for security reasons, so leave it at that! Why not just do a lost password? Easy enough! |
