Rollback Patching

I play on a private server (toxic-wow) that runs on patch 2.3.

Blizzard auto-updated to 2.4 today, and i can no longer play.

Is there anyway i can rollback to the second latest patch without deleting all of the (just over a 1/4 of a gig) 2.4 patch so i won't have to redownload for future supports?

Yes, but it will take some time:

1: Delete wow.exe and patch.mpq.
2: Run repair.exe.
3: Patch up to 2.3.3.

yeah hes right but also to save some time uncheck the first 2 boxes, cuz all u need is the last one for missing files.

You can avoid auto updating by not running the launcher. And its not necessarily auto patching since it has to download and all that. However if you play both live and a pserver it would be of best interest to install another copy OR copying your current wow folder for the pserver and leaving the other one for live. IMO it works better that way :-P

You can also delete launcher.exe. :)
