I am playing a Nightelf warrior right now, and I was wondering, where do you get the quest to get taunt???

Warrior trainer, if not it's a skill you learn from the trainer that you have to buy.

Last i knew it wasnt a quest...

But if your playing on some wierd server lol

It would PROBOBLY be at a Warrior Trainer in 1 of the main cities
(Ironforge, Darnassus, Stormwind)
