Is there something will randomize questions for example.

What means to wait for in French?
    attendre

    To go down in French?
    descendre

    To lose in French?
    pedre

Now to randomize this it would go

To go down in French is?
    descendre

    To lose in French?
    pedre

    To wait for in French?
    attendre

I don't know if there is a program like that. I'm pretty sure I've found it before but I have two quizzes and 3 test to take tomorrow, and I really need something to help me study ya'know?

Well, that's useful and thanks I will use it. What I mean is I want something where I can type my questions in, then I can type my answers. Meanwhile after I did that, I could make the questions become in a random order, for study purposes, and it wouldn't give me the answer till I click something or whatever.

My bad, misinterpreted your question. Why not use the conventional flashcards technique? Write the questions on the front of the card and the answers on the back. Shuffle and repeat. You don't need a program to help you study. Trust me.

Well, ye I heard of it but my hand writing isn't the neatest.
I'll try though... Plus 40 questions is a good bit, thanks though ^^

Make a quizlet and try their 'games', one of them is a speed test, which is pretty similar to your needs.

And flash cards are portable. Way better studying technique, i think.

Flash cards are the best study technique. And you don't have to just look at them or memorize them.
You can grab yourself a sheet of paper and write down the answers then check them.
