Yes, there has been conditions like this for other games. I've done them. An example would be the popular game for myspace "Mobsters". I remember there was a way to resend the survey over and over, but it is useless. The game will eventually catch on and if you look at complete surveys there will be a big list of the same survey. You'll be banned, or even worse.

anything involving yourself purposely getting more g-coins through lag, hacks, abuse of bugs, etc. is illegal and equal to stealing money from ijji, so if they catch you, going to jail is possible.

you will actuly be stealing money off peanut labs ... as for you doing there survey they pay ijji so much for the g coins u get for completing the survey ... therefore by doing this you are stealing money off peanut labs which is a criminal offence.

In the case of PeanutLabs, you can spoof the completion process, recieving G coins without actually completing an offer.

Quit talking out of your ass - it's not illegal just because they lose money. The method I described is still possible and still being done; I had many accounts banned for the bug, though, the ToS/AUP do not restrict you from exploitation of such a vulnerability.

If you're caught; I have many accounts with around a few thousand G Coins on them that haven't been banned still. Mostly the ones that went above 8k in a day were banned, and now there's a limit on the number of surveys/offers you can complete in a day to restrict the potential abuse of such a bug.

That's just crazy to even think.

Make sure you know what you are doing, because Peanut Labs could easily sue for something like that.

Unfair/unauthentic gain of in-game assests (such as G-Coin and other G-coin items) is prohibited by the ToS of NHN USA.

The actual authorities can get involved. You forget, you agree to the terms of service. That is a legal contract, even in the eyes of a court. However, such action is at their discretion. In fact, most terms of service for companies even tell you that legal action can be taken.

    Kind regards,

    Anthony.
